* Note: Your password must meet the following criteria:
- At least 8 characters long
- The password contains characters from three of the following four categories:
- Uppercase letters (A -Z)
- Lowercase letters (a - z)
- Numbers (0- 9)
- Non-alphanumeric characters (For example: !, $, #, &, @, ?, }, ^, *, + or %)
- The password does not contain your account name or your full name
- You cannot re-use any of the last 24 passwords that you have used before
